Custom Bar Cart
Rolls out when guests arrive, tucks away when they don’t
A bar cart is a small piece that gets noticed. Steel frame, timber shelves, castors so it moves from lounge to patio, with a lip on the top shelf so bottles don’t walk off when you push it.
What you can choose
- Two or three tiers
- Lockable castors so it stays put once positioned
- A raised lip or rail on the top shelf
- A handle rail on one end for pushing
- A rack underneath for stemmed glasses
Typical sizes
- 800mm × 400mm is the usual footprint
- 850mm high — comfortable pouring height

How we build your bar cart

Send us the space
WhatsApp a photo of where it’s going, plus rough measurements. A sketch on paper is perfectly fine.

We quote and confirm
We check the doorway and any step between your lounge and patio, since that decides the castor size. You get a price and a timeline before anything is cut.

We build it
Castors are bolted through steel plate rather than screwed into timber, which is where most carts eventually fail.

Delivery and install
We deliver across Gauteng and install on site where the piece needs it.

Questions we get asked
Will it roll over paving or grass?
Over paving yes, with larger castors. Grass no — no wheeled cart handles that well. If it’s mostly going outside we’d suggest larger wheels and a slightly heavier frame.
Can you add a bottle opener or tool hooks?
Yes, we weld small hooks or a bottle opener to the frame on request. It’s the kind of detail that costs almost nothing while we’re building.
