Custom Dining Table
A table that seats the whole family and doesn’t wobble
A dining table is the piece a family uses most, and the one where cheap construction shows first — the wobble that appears after a year, the top that splits along a glue line. Ours have a fully welded steel base and a solid timber top, built to the length you actually need rather than the length a shop had in stock.
What you can choose
- Seating for six, eight, ten or twelve
- Base style: trestle, H-frame, or four legs — each changes the legroom
- Top thickness from 32mm to 50mm
- Matching benches or leave room for your own chairs
- Rounded or square edges
- Stain matched to your existing furniture

How we build your dining table

Send us the space
WhatsApp a photo of where it’s going, plus rough measurements. A sketch on paper is perfectly fine.

We quote and confirm
The important question is where the legs land. We set them inboard so nobody at the corner ends up straddling a leg — tell us how many chairs and where they’ll sit. You get a price and a timeline before anything is cut.

We build it
Base welded as a single rigid unit, feet levelled to your floor. Top sealed on both faces so it doesn’t cup as humidity changes through the seasons.

Delivery and install
We deliver across Gauteng and install on site where the piece needs it.

Questions we get asked
Will my knees hit the frame?
Not if we plan it. The apron height and leg position determine that, and we set both around the chairs you’ll actually use — send us a photo of them.
Can I use it outdoors?
We’d build it differently for outdoors: a weatherproof sealer and different timber selection. Ask about the outdoor dining set instead, which is designed for sun and rain from the start.
