Custom Wall Shelves
Floating shelves with brackets that carry real weight
Wall shelves look simple, and that’s the problem — most fail at the bracket or the wall plug. We weld the bracket as one piece with the timber, and we ask what your wall is made of before quoting, because brick and drywall need completely different fixings.
What you can choose
- Length from 600mm to 1500mm per shelf
- Bracket style: simple angle, or a triangular brace
- Single shelf, or a stacked set at matched spacing
- Fixings supplied for brick, block or drywall
- Timber thickness to suit the load
Typical sizes
- 600mm, 900mm or 1200mm are the common lengths
- 200–250mm deep for books and decor

How we build your wall shelves

Send us the space
WhatsApp a photo of where it’s going, plus rough measurements. A sketch on paper is perfectly fine.

We quote and confirm
Tell us the wall type — brick, block, or drywall — and roughly what’s going on the shelf. That decides bracket spacing and the fixings we supply. You get a price and a timeline before anything is cut.

We build it
Brackets are welded, not bolted, and the timber is recessed onto them so the shelf reads as a single solid piece from the front.

Delivery and install
We deliver across Gauteng and install on site where the piece needs it.

Questions we get asked
How much weight can they hold?
On brick with proper anchors, a 900mm shelf comfortably carries a full row of books. On drywall the wall is the limiting factor, not the shelf — we’d fix into the studs and tell you the honest limit.
Can you install them?
We can, in and around Pretoria and Gauteng. Otherwise we supply the correct fixings and a template so any handyman can get the spacing right.
