A home office desk built for real equipment
Working from home means monitors, a docking station, and a nest of cables. Most retail desks are 600mm deep with a thin top that flexes when you clamp a monitor arm to it. We build a solid timber top on a rigid steel frame, sized to your room and your setup.
What you can choose
- Length from 1.2m to 1.8m, depth 600–750mm
- Drawer unit, open shelf, or clear underneath
- Cable tray welded under the back edge
- Grommet holes drilled where you want them
- A solid front rail so monitor arms clamp properly
- L-shape for a corner

How we build your desk

Send us the space
WhatsApp a photo of where it’s going, plus rough measurements. A sketch on paper is perfectly fine.

We quote and confirm
We ask what’s going on the desk — a laptop needs far less than two monitors, a docking station and a printer. You get a price and a timeline before anything is cut.

We build it
The rear rail is set back to leave room for cables, and we leave at least 25mm of clear timber edge for monitor-arm clamps.

Delivery and install
We deliver across Gauteng and install on site where the piece needs it.

Home office desks go out weekly across Pretoria, Centurion and Midrand, and we deliver to Sandton, Fourways, Roodepoort and the wider Gauteng area. Elsewhere in the province, ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth the trip.
Questions we get asked
Will a monitor arm clamp to it?
Yes — we leave a clear, flat edge with no apron behind it, and the top is thick enough to take the clamp pressure without denting.
Can you build it standing height?
We build fixed-height desks, including at standing height if you tell us your measurement. We don’t build electric sit-stand mechanisms.
